Design Manager
Todd Jones is the Design Manager at BCI Knoxville, bringing 25 years of industry experience to his role. He specializes in structural packaging design across retail, e-commerce, display, bulk, and industrial/automotive applications, helping customers achieve efficient and effective packaging solutions. Todd has developed a range of parametric design systems used by the Knoxville Division to accelerate speed to market and ensure consistency in design. Having previously served as a designer at BCI for four years, he values BCI’s employee-owned culture, where his contributions directly support shared success.
