Region Controller
Tara Junker is the Region Controller at BCI Sioux Falls, Cedar Falls, and Indianapolis Divisions, overseeing Accounting & HR. She brings a wealth of experience in the industry and has held many different roles at BCI, including Controller at Cedar Falls 2017 and Customer Service at Cedar Falls 2014. Her ability to successfully manage various tasks makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
As a core team member, she has achieved considerable accomplishments, such as SHRM-CP Certification. She holds a BA in Accounting from The University of Northern Iowa and has worked with BCI for over nine years.
