Matt Highland is the Great Plains Regional General Manager at Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. He’s responsible for developing strategies for business growth and overseeing operations in the Great Plains Region, encompassing the Cedar Falls, Indianapolis, and Sioux Falls Divisions. With over 34 years of industry experience, Matt brings a unique combination of expertise and passion for creating opportunities for success by understanding customers and implementing innovative solutions tailored to their individual needs. He’s proud of building first-class leadership teams and constantly strives to bring unique approaches and insight into solving business challenges while leading high-performing teams.
He holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Northern Iowa.
