Kelli Hacker is the Sales Manager at BCI’s Wooster Division, where she leads the sales team in driving top-line revenue growth. With 17 years of sales leadership experience and 4 years in packaging, she specializes in customer success, consistent sales processes, and proactive problem-solving. Before joining BCI, Kelli served as Director of Sales for two packaging distributors, building and developing high-performing teams. She was inducted into Who’s Who in Leadership in 2025 and is a member of the Influential Women Network, reflecting her commitment to growth and leadership in the industry.
