Board Member
Jon McGurk was the Executive Vice President of BCI. He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1990, and was with BCI since his graduation. With over 30 years of expertise in the industry, Jon started his career as a Designer at BCI’s Knoxville Division. After 5 years as a Designer, he moved into the Sales department and quickly rose to become Sales Manager in 1998 at BCI’s Wooster Division, and he was later promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2001.
In 2006, Jon transitioned to General Manager and was promoted to Division President in 2007. In 2012, he was named Regional Vice President of BCI, overseeing the company’s operations in Houston, Knoxville and Wooster Divisions. Jon held this position for 6 years before he was promoted to BCI’s Executive Vice President role in 2018.
Despite being retired, Jon remains dedicated to fostering innovation and sustainability at BCI. Joining Doug Bosnik on the Board of Directors, he continues to contribute his expertise and knowledge to the company.
