Jon McGurk is the Executive Vice President of BCI. He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1990, and has been with BCI since his graduation. With over 30 years of expertise in the industry, Jon started his career as a Designer at BCI’s Knoxville Division. After 5 years as a Designer, he moved into the Sales department and quickly rose to become Sales Manager in 1998 at BCI’s Wooster Division, and he was later promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2001.

In 2006, Jon transitioned to General Manager and was promoted to Division President in 2007. In 2012, he was named Regional Vice President of BCI, overseeing the company’s operations in Houston, Knoxville and Wooster Divisions. Jon held this position for 6 years before he was promoted to BCI’s Executive Vice President role in 2018.

As a veteran in the business, Jon is passionate about bringing innovation and sustainability to every project. His leadership ensures that all clients receive unique and valuable service that goes above and beyond their needs.
