John Powell was the Chief Financial Officer of Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. (BCI). He began his BCI career in 2003 as a Controller for the Wooster Division, acting as an influential leader for 10 years before he was promoted to Corporate Controller in 2013. After 8 successful years as Corporate Controller, John was promoted to Assistant Chief Financial Officer – bringing his experience in strategy development and financial performance to the position.
John was BCI’s Chief Financial Officer from 2022 till his retirement in 2026. His knowledge and expertise in financial strategy and planning are unparalleled. He currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors, providing valuable insight and guidance.
