Plant Manager
James Martin is the Plant Manager at BCI’s Lakeside Division. He’s an innovative leader passionate about creating positive change within the company. James graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Business Management and York College of PA with a degree in Arts of Leadership in Business Management. With over 26 years of industry experience, James has developed young talent and watched them grow to be leaders in the industry. Through his leadership, BCI remains competitive in the marketplace.
