Plant Manager
Jacob Paschal is the Plant Manager at BCI Indianapolis Division. He oversees production and manufacturing operations. Jacob was raised in the industry by his father and has since contributed to the company’s growth and successfully developed two sheet plants. With his extensive experience in the industry, he works hard to ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. He always has a positive attitude and accepts responsibility effortlessly.
