Eric Fletcher is the Design Manager at BCI Lancaster, bringing 12 years of industry experience and leadership to the team. With deep expertise in both the structural and graphics sides of corrugated packaging, he leads complex projects with confidence—guiding his team in developing innovative structural solutions, detailed renderings, and precise artwork execution. Eric has played a key role in shaping and strengthening internal design processes and workflows that have supported long-term operational success. Having grown from Designer to Lead Designer and now Manager, he takes pride in mentoring others and fostering a collaborative, high-performing design team.
