Dylan Rottinghaus is the Controller at BCI Cedar Falls Division where he oversees all Accounting and HR responsibilities. With a background that includes interning before college graduation and progressively moving up the ranks from Staff Accountant to Assistant Controller in 2023, and eventually assuming the role of Controller in 2024, Dylan has quickly become an integral part of the team. His past experiences uniquely position him to make sound decisions in the best interest of both the business and customers. Dylan takes pride in BCI’s culture, emphasizing a strong work ethic and ethical decision-making skills. Dylan continues to contribute to the success of the Cedar Falls Division bringing his valuable expertise to his role.
