Doug Stechman is General Manager at BCI Lancaster Division. He develops business plans, analyzes division performance, and identifies opportunities to set the strategic direction and momentum for the Division while fostering creative growth with all associates, giving BCI Lancaster the talent and tools to remain a top competitor in the East Coast corrugated market. With more than a decade at BCI, Doug has had the opportunity to be a part of both Lancaster Division’s and BCI’s collaborative growth, from the production floor to the Division General Manager.
