Butch Shrader is the Controller at BCI Knoxville Division, where he oversees both Accounting and Human Resources for this successful division. With more than 20 years of financial experience, Butch is passionate about complex data analysis, improving and standardizing processes, and networking collaboratively with colleagues across BCI. Butch is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and efficient problem-solving for the challenges of today’s business landscape. Butch has an MBA, with a Finance concentration, from Lincoln Memorial University.
