The customer sends samples of the siding and flooring to architects for them to reference as they design new builds. The customer needed a new, refreshed option with standout graphics in a display style for their customers to display at all times. Their wood samples are also of different heights, so designing an option to showcase all sizes and a shipper to match was critical.
BCI designed a two-piece box set with both diagonal PDQ trays to hold the wood samples. The lid gets turned and flipped for the base to sit into. This adds extra stability for displaying and has a spot for their salesmen’s business cards. We also made a multi-depth double-wall shipper to fit the variety of heights the wood samples could be.
Pioneer Millworks is confident that with this new design and popping graphics, their wood sample library will stay on display. And with the business card holder, their salesmen are sure to get more calls!
