Ohserase was experiencing long lead time and a lack of communication from their current supplier. Their frustration opened the door to allow BCI to review their current Signal master box and offer superior quality, shorter lead time and a cost saving option from their current supplier.
We were able to offer them a one color with shading in place of their current two color product. This change met their expectations along with a cost savings and delivery of their order within two weeks. They were very happy with our hands-on approach along with continual communications from all of the BCI team.
Ohserase became a NAB and has grown their annual volumn. They have added a new structure with two more in the works. The outlook for 2024 is continual growth with BCI handling 100% of the business.
