NATURAL BALANCE

With their recent change in ownership and being independently owned, Natural Balance wanted to show how innovative they can be after staying in the same line of kibble, wet, and treats for over 30 years. They were launching two new SKUs in the freeze dried category. 

CHALLENGE

With only two new offerings, Natural Balance felt the products would be lost on the shelf. They wanted to separate themselves from the competition and get off shelf in the fastest way possible in as many stores as they could. Loyal customers were unaware that Natural Balance had new products in this category. They also wanted to shift the focus from consumers thinking limited ingredients means you’ve taken out the nutritional ingredients for pets because of specific health reasons. 

 

SOLUTION

BCI moved very quickly and was able to produce the corrugated display and pack the products. LanPak was the closest destination to getting the retail ready display into their Hanover, PA facility and then ship to customers. This helped speed up the process and make the shorter deadline. 

RESULTS

BCI worked with Natural Balance to save roughly $40,000 in freight cost by producing the display in our Lancaster facility.
