Kreg Tool, a family-owned woodworking tool manufacturer based in Huxley/Des Moines, Iowa, partnered with BCI after a discovery call with Senior Buyer Carrie Elbert. Following a successful 2024 Q4 merchandiser project, BCI was brought in for 2025 Q2 to handle both design and fulfillment — now completed in-house at CEDPAK.

Challenge

Kreg’s previous vendor used metal support bars that increased costs and lacked design innovation. The supplier also offered limited flexibility and inconsistent sales support, relying on repetitive display concepts that didn’t evolve with the brand’s needs.

Solution

BCI introduced fresh display designs using corrugated supports in place of metal bars — significantly reducing cost while maintaining durability and visual appeal.

Results

BCI is now fulfilling its second large purchase order for Kreg Tool and quoting a third. Additional packaging lines are being explored with total projected commitment expected to grow significantly based on Kreg’s retail display rollout strategies.
