BCI ran the first display job for JOANN in 2021 for Halloween. We started with displays going in just over 250 primary store locations. This year, the PDQ concept was rolled out to over 600 stores.

CHALLENGE

BCI was challenged with making a 2-sided display that was able to hold the weight of the product and have functional tooling that would allow us to make multiple SKU’s fit with the same design.

SOLUTION

BCI used metal support poles that could be placed at different levels depending on which SKU they were assembling. Common bodies and trays that had multiple levels allowed things to be interchangeable and gave the same structure two different looks that were both functional.

RESULTS

Double digit sales lift on products that were included in the initial PDQ set in 2021. For 2022, JOANN experienced even greater sales volumes in store locations that had PDQs in the initial set.
