In 2013, Heatonist began by selling a curated selection of their hot sauce brands from a push cart at Brooklyn markets. Since then, Heatonist has grown to include a flagship hot sauce store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and a hot sauce outpost in Chelsea Market in Manhattan. Along the way, Heatonist became one of the world’s most popular online destinations for every hot sauce lover.

Challenge

Heatonist encountered quality, lead time and response issues with their previous supplier for their 2 side printed boxes. The 2 sided printed boxes and the registration would never be accurate on the previous production runs.

Solution

BCI stepped up and provided a solution to all of the registration issues by utilizing BCI’s 2 sided printing capabilites in 1 pass!

Because of BCI’s attention to the customer and the product, Heatonist was able to get quality products into their fulfillment centers, create more items for their customer to choose from and grow their business. Since moving over to BCI in 2020, Heatonist has introduced 5 new items that they are offering to their customers and have had significant growth.
