AudioQuest is a manufacturer of high-end audio and video accessories. When it needed a packaging solution for introducing its Clean Screen product at Costco, BCI stepped into the picture to deliver results — and increased sales.

CHALLENGE

AudioQuest needed a turnkey solution for its newest product launch. The instore display system needed to visually promote the attributes of the new product line and take full advantage of container cube dimensions.

SOLUTION

BCI offered an integrated solution comprising package design and development, graphic & structural design, manufacturing, pack-out, and distribution. Lite-Pak, our sustainable club pack, was chosen for its superior strength, and consumer-friendly ease of opening vs. traditional clamshells. Our creative and structural teams designed and engineered the primary packaging as well as the overall display. Our Houston division managed the production of high-quality litho printing and handled pack-out and distribution to all Costco locations nationwide.

RESULTS

Sales of the bundle pack were a great success. The results delivered a 6X sales volume over the initial forecast of the original pack. As a result, AudioQuest has become a year-round mainstay in the electronics category at Costco.
