BCI partnered with Southeastern Mills to redesign its retail display for a faster, more efficient pack-out process. By incorporating the customer’s existing product trays into the design, BCI reduced pack-out time from more than 20 minutes to just 6–7 minutes while also reducing labor requirements and weekly production days.
