Darlene Bassi Promoted to Customer Service Manager

We are pleased to announce that Darlene Bassi has been promoted to Customer Service Manager at BCI Houston.  Darlene started her career at BCI in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative.  Her performance and desire to grow resulted in her promotion to Project Manager in 2014.  It was her success in managing complex customer accounts as a Project Manager that lead her to this new role.

Darlene’s experience, industry knowledge and leadership will provide the tools necessary to strengthen our Customer Service Department, ensuring our  customers have the best experience when working with BCI Houston Division.
