BCI – Empire Receives Customer High Marks!

BCI – Empire received supplier scorecards from two significant customers, reporting 4th quarter 2016 results.  In both cases, Empire received high marks for quality and customer service.   One customer stated, “It can’t get any better than this score”, when delivering the scorecard.  They went on to say they appreciate the reliability, responsiveness and professionalism of the BCI team.  The second customer rated BCI – Empire with an “approved” vendor status as Delivery and Quality were both rated 100%.
